What does 612 Media Co. do?
Real estate photography and social media management. Based in Minneapolis, working across the Twin Cities and beyond.
Where are you located?
Minneapolis, MN. Most shoots are within 25 miles of downtown.
What areas do you serve?
The Twin Cities metro and outer suburbs. Farther out is possible — a small travel fee applies past 25 miles.

How do I book a shoot?
Text, call, or the online form. Quick confirmation.
What is the turnaround?
Most work is delivered within 12 hours of the shoot. Rush delivery available on request.
Do you offer Matterport 3D tours?
Yes. Immersive 3D walkthroughs are a core service and add serious differentiation to your listing.
Do you offer drone / aerial?
Yes. FAA Part 107 licensed. Available as an add-on when it makes sense for the property.
What if the weather is bad?
We reschedule at no cost. For twilight and exteriors we prioritize the best light of the week.
Social Media
What platforms do you cover?
Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn depending on the retainer.
How long until we see results?
Traction usually shows up in month two. Meaningful growth is a 6-month game.
Do I approve content before it goes live?
Yes. All content routes through a shared approval board before scheduling.
Pricing & Payment
Do you offer payment plans?
For retainers, yes. Real estate shoots are billed per project.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reschedule up to 12 hours before your shoot at no cost. Cancellations inside 12 hours are subject to a 50% shoot fee.
Are there travel fees?
No fee within 25 miles of Minneapolis. Beyond that we pass through mileage only, quoted upfront.
